David has 30 years international CEO & board level experience in social venture and tech start-ups in the UK and Africa.
Previous positions include National Director, Habitat For Humanity Malawi (1992—94), co-founder, CEO of Epigeum (2002-2015) an edtech spin-out from Imperial College London, Chairman of Gunnersbury Estates, London (2019-2023), and recently the Interim CEO of the Commonwealth Partnership for Technology Management (2023-2024). David is also currently a Director of the Institute for Heraldic & Genealogical Studies, in the UK.

Sean is highly regarded internationally as a systems leader and for his work in brokering relevant complex transformational partnerships, inclusive business and sustainable financing solutions and innovation hubs.
As a former member of the Executive Committee of the World Economic Forum, for nearly six years, he had executive oversight and responsibility for Food Systems, and at different times, for the Sustainable Development Investment Partnership (SDIP), the Tech for SDGs portfolio, the Nature portfolio, the Climate Governance Initiative, the Hoffman Tech and Environment PhD Fellows, and Civil Society Engagement. Sean chaired the UN Food Systems Summit Innovation Lever of Change.
Sean brings a lot of experience catalyzing multifaceted investment partnerships like Grow Africa, Grow Asia, Southern Agricultural Growth Corridor of Tanzania, and the Beira Agricultural Growth Corridor and more recently Food Innovation Hubs in India, Vietnam, and Colombia. As the Co-Chair ad interim, together with the OECD, of the Sustainable Development Investment Partnership, SDIP oversaw several blended financing sprints including the establishment of the Asia Energy Transition Mechanism initially focused three Southeast Asian countries and the Country Financing Roadmaps for the SDGs for both Ghana and Saint Lucia.Previously he held positions as - Senior Vice President Global Initiatives, Strategy and Business Development for Yara International, Vice President of Business Development, Inclusive Finance and Strategic Partnerships at AGRA and spent over a decade as a social entrepreneur catalyzing a range of leading platforms, organizations, and sustainability financing initiatives mostly in Southern Africa. He has held a range of board and advisory positions in both business and not for profit sector.

Dr Fundanga’s previous roles included Governor of Bank of Zambia, Alternative Governor of IMF Board of Governors, Senior Advisor to the President of the African Development Bank, Executive Director of the African Development Bank, and Permanent Secretary, Zambian Ministry of Finance. Some of his achievements include the Banker Magazine Award of “Central Banker of the Year – Global and Africa” at the beginning of 2007, as well as the Emerging Markets Magazine Award of “Central Banker of the Year 2007”, bestowed in September, 2007 in Washington DC. He was also awarded the “Central banker of the Year 2008” by the Annual meetings Daily Magazine.

Michael is an impact finance practitioner based in London. He is the Founder and Creative Director of Wineskins, a firm specialising in the design and build of impact finance solutions. His role is to help partners create impact-centred financing structures using a blend of private, public and philanthropic capital, to address critical challenges among people, climate and nature.
In the last decade, Michael has played various roles in the design, build and/or operating of +40 funds, facilities and/or structures for impact, including the mobilisation of over $1 billion for climate, water, energy and biodiversity, in over 20 African countries and others in the Global South.
Michael is also the co-founder and Program Director of Nature for Water, which assists local partners to solve their water security challenges by designing and creating long-term, place-based, watershed investment programs.
He is a registered Professional Engineer, with a Masters of Engineering in Sustainability and Systems Thinking (UCT). Michael was also part of the inaugural cohort for the Impact Finance Innovations Programme at the University of Oxford’s Saїd Business School, is a co-author of Blended Finance, Catalytic Capital and Hybrid Investment Structures for the CFA Society of the UK’s Impact Investing Certificate and has a Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute.

His career includes extensive commercial experience in a variety of geographic locations in a variety of Agro Industrial operations. Projects and operations have involved restructuring and reorganization of existing companies as well as the establishment of new companies.
Several of these operations, at the implementation stage, were considered ‘cutting edge’ at the time of development. These included Lonrho plc in Mozambique, the Kenana Sugar scheme of Sudan, the Masstock dairy complex in Saudi Arabia, and the Wageningen Rice complex in Suriname.
